Proto typing & Development. Vehicle part Knowledge. Vehicle integration. Knowledge of Supply chain management. Engineering BoM & ECN management Knowledge of complete New Product Development cycle. Proficiency in Design & drafting of parts with GD&T for vehicle systems. Thorough knowledge of materials and material properties. Strong ability to convert Technical requirements into detailed and robust designs Knowledge of CMVR / Homologation requirement Benchmarking, Co-ordination with Suppliers for DFM & DFA.Software Skills Proficiency in Solid Works is MUST & hands on experience in – Part modelling, drafting, assembly, system layouts & vehicle level Layouts. PLM Knowledge. Knowledge of Hyper mesh & CAE analysis.Soft Skills Good in behavioral skill (Team Participation, Interpersonal skill, Persuasiveness, Self-disciplined, Conflict resolution & Communication. Ability to learn things quickly & adapt to a dynamic, fast paced work environment. Knowledge of basic electronics is an added advantage.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. 1–3 years of experience instructural/chassis/sheet metalwith supporting design exposure. Prior experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or heavy engineering preferred.
