We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Architect with in-depth knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors to join our team. As an SAP CPI Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing integration solutions between SuccessFactors and various external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation.


You will


  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders, to gather integration requirements and design scalable and efficient integration solutions using SAP CPI.
  • Integration Development: Develop and configure integration scenarios using SAP CPI, adhering to best practices and standards, to facilitate data exchange and process automation between SuccessFactors and other systems such as HRIS, payroll, time management, any systems that can be connected with REST/SOAP. Should be capable of defining and enforcing CPI standards, guidelines, and best practices within the team.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP CPI and SuccessFactors integrations, providing guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase for the migration from dell Boomi to SAP CPI. Stay up to date with the latest SAP CPI and SuccessFactors features and capabilities, and proactively suggest improvements or enhancements to existing integration processes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams to gather integration and migration requirements from dell Boomi to SAP CPI, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of integration solutions. Provide regular updates on project progress, escalate issues or risks, and propose mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Testing and Deployment: Define and execute comprehensive integration testing plans to ensure the quality and stability of integration solutions. Collaborate with the QA team to resolve any defects or issues that arise during testing. Support the deployment and post-go-live activities, including monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document integration designs, configurations, and technical specifications. Create and maintain integration knowledge repositories, providing guidance and support to the support team for troubleshooting and issue resolution.


Your skills


  • SAP CPI certification is preferred with 5+ years of experience as SAP Architect.
  • Strong experience in SAP CPI, with a focus on SuccessFactors integrations (including Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of integration design patterns and data transformation techniques.
  • Expertise in SAP BTP Cloud Cockpit Activities (Tenant Setup).
  • Proficient in integration protocols and standards such as SOAP, REST and OData.
  • Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, data models and security frameworks.
  • Experience with Dell Boomi integration technology is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.


SF Interface:


  • Experience in using CompoundEmploee API(SFAPI) and SF OData API
  • Experience in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profile's in iflow (Transfer, Global assignment, Concurrent employment) along with normal profiles.
  • Experience in SF Inbound interface (towards EP, EC etc..)
  • Knowledge in SF EC Org structures and experience in handling Org info related interfaces.


CPI :


  • Knowledge over BTP cockpit and tenant setup.
  • Experience in custom interface implementation
  • HTTP, FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, SuccessFactors, JMS Adaptor
  • Experience in web service interface implementation
  • Key based and certificate-based authentication.
  • XSLT, Message mapping
  • Groovy, Java scripting
  • Data Converters (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI)
  • PGP Encryption, Decryption
  • Experience in CPI Pre-packaged interface configuration
  • Handling "Manage security" section.
