The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions that enhance our data management practices and streamline processes.Experience - 3 Years to 6 YearsResponsibilities Develop, implement, and maintainSTIBO STEP data modelsand workflows to ensure high-quality data management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize and maintain existing data integration processes to improve performance and efficiency. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and system performance. Provide support in the development of best practices for data governance and compliance. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in STIBO development practices.Qualifications Proven experience inSTIBO (STEP), MDM, Workbench developmentand implementation. Strong understanding ofdata modelling concepts and ETLprocesses. Proficiency inSQLand experience with database technologies. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
