Role Description:

The Inventory Coordinator will manage and oversee the store, stock, inventory, and local purchases for our new factory in Sonipat. This role ensures inventory accuracy, manages physical inventory, handles shipping and receiving processes, and maintains overall inventory control.


Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and reorder supplies as necessary. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

- Store Management: Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring it is well-organized and maintained. Manage store staff and assign tasks.

- Stock Handling: Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensure proper storage and handling of materials, and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods where applicable.

- Local Purchases: Source and negotiate with local suppliers, place orders, track deliveries, and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of local purchases.

- Shipping & Receiving: Oversee shipping and receiving processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain high standards of accuracy in inventory control, including physical inventory management.


Qualifications:

- Engineering graduates will be preferred.

- Prior experience in inventory coordination or related fields is a plus.
