What we can offer you is a space to explore varied technologies and quench your techie soul.What we are looking for: MS SQL Server DBALocation: Chennai/KolkataInterview Mode: Virtual mode (Microsoft Teams)Exp: 8-12 Years- 8+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration (SQL Server 2012 through 2022). - Strong proficiency in installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching. - Expertise in backup and recovery strategies, using native tools and third-party solutions. - Deep understanding of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) techniques (AlwaysOn, Log Shipping, Clustering, Mirroring). - Strong experience in performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, SQL Profiler, and Execution Plans. - Solid T-SQL programming and scripting experience. - Experience in managing large and complex databases (TBs of data, high transaction volume). - Ability to work in team setting as well as independently. - Strong understanding of security and compliance, including encryption, auditing, and role-based access. - Experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, T-SQL, or similar tools. - Hands-on experience with SQL Server Agent jobs, SSIS packages, and SQL Maintenance Plans. - Good communication skills with both technical and management teamsRegards,Prashaanthini
