Position Overview:


The Marketing Associate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our staffing solutions. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about marketing and eager to learn about the staffing industry.


Key Responsibilities:

•Support the marketing team in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and generating leads.

•Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and website content tailored to the staffing industry.

•Manage and update social media accounts (, Facebook, Twitter) to engage with potential clients and candidates.

•Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for marketing campaigns.

•Collaborate with the recruitment team to create email marketing campaigns that target potential clients and candidates.

•Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights to improve future strategies.

•Help plan and execute webinars, job fairs, and industry events that position the company as a leader in the staffing space.

•Assist in maintaining the company’s online presence by optimizing SEO and digital advertising strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Familiarity with social media marketing and paid ad campaigns ( Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.

•Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

•Knowledge of the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
