Consulting & advisory experience with top-tier consulting organizations is strongly preferred.3. Only fulltime MBA from top-tier business schools / Chartered Accountants (CA) need to apply.Applicants need to have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills.What will you do?At Infosys Consulting, you will:- Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions. - Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading commercial banks, retail banks, investment banks, market utilities and intermediaries. - Analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box. - Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems. - Lead workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders located across geographies. - Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives. - Develop thought leadership collaterals and knowledge artefacts. - Participate in a variety of firm building events.What do we require?We are seeking success-oriented people who have strong understanding of the Banking industry, bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, a competitive drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will help propel the continued growth of the firm.
