Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background and expertise in ESG, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. This role will be pivotal in driving the organization’s ESG strategy, ensuring alignment with global best practices, and delivering impactful solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

• Develop and implement the company’s ESG strategy, policies, and frameworks.

• Provide strategic advice on integrating ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making.

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and stakeholder expectations in the ESG domain.

Project Management:

• Lead ESG projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG objectives across departments.

• Manage client engagements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet specific needs and deliver measurable value.

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive ESG assessments and gap analyses for clients.

• Develop data-driven insights and reports to support ESG initiatives.

• Benchmark against industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, investors, and community representatives.

• Represent the organization in ESG-related forums, conferences, and events.

• Foster a culture of sustainability and corporate responsibility within the organization and among clients.

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with local and international ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, SDGs).

• Oversee ESG reporting, disclosures, and audits.

• Guide clients on ESG metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA ESG Investing, GRI Certified Professional, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related roles within consulting firms or corporate environments.

• Proven track record of managing ESG projects and delivering impactful results.

• Experience working with global ESG frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ESG tools, software, and reporting platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation expertise.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of adaptability and innovation.
