Performance Copywriter

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and agile Performance Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our lead generation and digital campaigns by crafting persuasive, high-converting copy that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ad platforms, copywriting principles, and performance marketing strategies, with a proven ability to drive results through compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop impactful copy for diverse digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Meta ads, PPC ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and more. Craft copy that speaks directly to the target audience's pain points and motivations while driving desired actions.

• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align copywriting efforts with campaign goals. Optimize copy for maximum click-through rates (CTR), conversions, and other key performance indicators.

• Conduct thorough keyword research to infuse copy with relevant keywords, enhancing both SEO and paid advertising efforts for improved visibility and engagement.

• Ensure all copy adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive brand voice while adapting messaging for different platforms and formats.

• Analyze performance data and user behavior to extract insights, guide copy adjustments, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

• Partner with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns that convey compelling messages and encourage conversions.

• Stay informed and up-to-date on real estate industry trends, focusing on Dubai's market and encompassing global developments. Be informed about emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing, copywriting, and consumer behavior to continually enhance your skills and offer fresh perspectives.

Required skills and qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a copywriter or similar role, with a strong background in performance-driven copywriting.

• Knowledge in Meta, Google Suite, SEO platforms, and A/B testing tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, showcasing attention to detail and effective editing abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools to interpret data and extract actionable insights.

• Ability to tailor writing style for diverse audiences and platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Previous experience in real estate or hospitality-related sectors.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems (CMS).
