Compensation: 10-12 LPA + 8% annual bonus (based upon performance)

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies in IT Infrastructure like Networking / Security / Servers / Storage / Compute / Cloud / DevOps / Development platforms
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Sourcing and Recruitment Platforms - Search for potential candidates, access extensive databases of resumes and profiles, and engage with passive candidates. (, Indeed, Stack overflow talent, etc)
• Excellent Communication

An employer is seeking Technical Recruiter for a direct hire opportunity in India. As a Technical Recruiter, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts for technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire top talent in the technology sector. This role combines strategy and hands-on recruiting expertise to drive the success of our recruitment team and meet the company's staffing needs.

Recruitment:

• Full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and talent pipelines to identify and attract top technical candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate assessments to ensure a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and external agencies to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to enhance our employer brand and attract talent.

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview notes, and feedback.
