We are seeking an experienced Senior Mulesoft Developer to join our dynamic team. This role demands strong expertise in Mulesoft application development and system integrations, along with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :


- Lead application development activities and integrations across teams.


- Own technical design and code architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.


- Direct and support the maintenance and modification of Expertise :


- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Mulesoft and other application development technologies.


- Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


- Work with peers to establish and share standards and best and Mentorship :


- Build relationships across the enterprise to share knowledge and lessons learned.


- Mentor and coach associates on technology, processes, and projects.


- Partner with analysts, test engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless application Ecosystem Understanding :



- Exhibit a firm understanding of the enterprise application ecosystem.


- Lead discussions on architecture and system-wide and Process Improvement :


- Champion the use of emerging technologies like Generative AI to improve efficiency and deliver new capabilities.


- Identify and promote automation opportunities within and across Management :


- Handle support activities, incident management, and resolution in line with enterprise delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience :


- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft and 11-12+ years in application development.


- Proven ability to lead discussions on architecture spanning multiple systems.


- Proficiency in guiding less experienced team members through development stages.


- Experience in delivering across multiple application teams and ensuring delivery objectives are met.


- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


- Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies and a willingness to champion their use.


- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively.


- Willingness to work rotational shifts as needed.


Preferred Qualifications :


- 2+ years of demonstrated leadership experience within a development team.


- 6+ years of overall development experience.


- Proficiency in multiple development languages.


- Experience in working with Generative AI (ref:hirist.tech)
