Project Manager - School Construction Site


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our school construction site. This full-time position requires a commitment to managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring quality and timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee all construction-related activities: Monitor progress, ensure timelines are met, and maintain the quality of work.

- Coordinate with all vendors: Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of services and materials.

- Coordinate with contractors: Regularly interact with contractors to oversee their work, address any issues, and ensure adherence to the project plan.

- Coordinate with architects: Work closely with architects to ensure that construction aligns with design specifications and that any changes are effectively implemented.

- Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, whether related to building, logistics, or vendor management.

- Maintain project documentation: Keep detailed records of all communications, agreements, and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.


Requirements:


- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in school or institutional projects.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and contractors effectively.

- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
