Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions that enhance manufacturing performance and support our Industry 4.0 transformation. This role involves applying machine learning to real-time operational data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation through AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build predictive models to improve efficiency, quality, and maintenance in manufacturing.

- Integrate analytics into digital tools (e.g., digital twins, MES, predictive maintenance).

- Collaborate with engineers, IT, and vendors to ensure robust data pipelines and AI solutions.

- Design dashboards and present insights to support planning and execution teams.

- Explore and implement emerging ML/AI methods for continuous innovation.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL; experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

- Strong background in statistical modeling, time-series/IoT data analysis, and optimization.

- Hands-on with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib.

- Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, PLC) and metrics (OEE, MTTR).

- Ability to collaborate on ETL, data integration, and support AI deployment in operations.

Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in data science, ideally in manufacturing or Industry 4.0.

- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications in ML/AI or industry frameworks (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, ISO) are a plus
