Description : - Implement and manage data protection methods such as encryption, tokenization, and data masking.- Build and maintain data obfuscation frameworks for test and analytics environments.- Define and enforce access control models (RBAC, ABAC).- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.- Work with engineering, cloud, DevOps, and product teams to design secure data flows.- Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and monitor data access :- 7 -15 years of experience in Data Security or related roles.- Hands-on experience with data masking/obfuscation tools (Delphix, Informatica, IBM Optim, etc.).- Strong knowledge of IAM, encryption, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).- Good understanding of compliance frameworks and Zero Trust concepts.- Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, AWS Security are nice to have.
