- One of the key divisions of MyCPE ONE focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisory services, assisting CPA and accounting firms in buying and selling practices.

- This division supports firms interested in expanding or divesting by offering advisory services through structured listings, outreach, and deal facilitation.

Role Summary:

- The Director of M&A Advisory (Based in India() will lead and oversee MyCPE ONE's M&A advisory division, focusing on soliciting and assisting firms interested in buying or selling practices.

- This role requires a proactive approach in reaching out to potential sellers, managing inquiries from buyers, and working closely with onshore advisors.

- Additionally, the Director will guide and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive the division's growth and ensure successful deal closures.

- The Director of M&A Advisory for India Operations will have the unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to build and scale the M&A advisory division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Actively reach out to CPA and accounting firms interested in selling their practices and facilitate the listing process on our platform.

- Manage inquiries from buyers and sellers, ensuring comprehensive and timely information exchange.

- Conduct LinkedIn and other marketing outreach to generate leads from potential sellers and buyers.

- Oversee the end-to-end process of closing M&A deals, from initial inquiries to final transactions.

- Collaborate with attorneys to manage contractual details and ensure seamless transactions.

- Engage with both buyers and sellers, building rapport and ensuring positive client experiences.

- Complete sales and marketing for the division.

- Work with onshore advisors to allocate and manage inquiries from buyers and sellers, facilitating prompt responses and support.

- Generate and manage advisor inquiries, assisting them in generating on-ground business and fulfilling division needs over time.

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals in India, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.

- Develop and execute training programs to enhance team skills in sales, client management, and M&A processes.

Job Requirements:.

- Experience: Prior experience in the US market, especially in the Accounting or M&A industry, is essential.familiarity with the US accounting industry is a strong plus.

- Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze P&L statements and balance sheets to support M&A advisory functions.

- Client Relations: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with US based clients and effectively engage with them throughout the M&A process.

- Leadership: Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and professional growth.

- Sales Orientation: Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with experience in generating leads and converting inquiries into closed deals.

Workplace & Timings:.

Location: Work from office Ahmedabad.

Shift Timings: U.S hours - 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.
