Generalist Designer

Knidal is reimagining knowledge for the AI era with seamless human experiences and machine-ready content.  

We're seeking a versatile Generalist Designer to join our core team and make a significant impact on shaping our product and the company's future.  

What You'll Do

• Design product experiences (UI/UX)
• Develop marketing materials (brochures, social graphics, etc.)
• Build basic working prototypes
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs
• Create and refine our website
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

• A Generalist: Proficient in product (UI/UX), web, and marketing design
• Strong portfolio: Showcases diverse skills and problem-solving
• Excellent communication: Clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively
• Creative mindset: Goes beyond tasks to shape the product
• Prototyping skills (preferred): Experience building basic working prototypes
• Adaptable & proactive: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
• Location: Bengaluru-based candidates strongly preferred

Work Model

This is a full-time role. We operate on a hybrid model, balancing collaboration and flexibility:  

• In-Office: Required in our Bengaluru co-working space for team collaboration days
• Remote: Work from home on independent work days
