About the Role :

This is a position on the HeadSpin India Software Engineering team. We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Software Engineer to design, implement, and deploy high-quality, full-stack solutions for the HeadSpin platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building seamless user experiences by working on both the front-end user interface and the core backend services. You will also collaborate with other engineering teams and support staff to ensure our product is stable, performant, and reliable for our global enterprise clients.

What You'll Do :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant, and secure software applications using Python and Go.

- Build interactive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

- Integrate backend APIs with front-end components to deliver a seamless user experience.

- Work with other team members to design and deliver end-to-end software solutions in a distributed system environment.

- Collaborate closely with support teams to address and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

- Write and update technical documentation for engineering and support teams.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.

- Review and provide feedback on code reviews to ensure high code quality and alignment with product vision.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Excellent problem-solving skills to tackle sophisticated technical challenges.

- Proficiency in back-end development languages such as Python, Golang, or Java.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs and HTTP requests.

- Experience with back-end technologies, including SQL or NoSQL databases.

- Proficiency in core front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with a modern front-end framework like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Understanding of and experience using source control software such as Git.

- Ability to work in macOS and Linux command-line environments.

- Proven ability to translate technical specifications into high-quality code.

- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
