Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, Masters preferred.

Experience: 1+ years (Freshers with a passion for building relationships are encouraged to apply) - Immediate Joiners Only

Employment Type: 3 Months’ Probation followed by Full-Time

Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development:
  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential business partners to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our user base and market presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and potential collaborators.
  • Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Marketing & Outreach:
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our platform and drive user engagement.
  • Manage social media channels, creating content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Assist in planning and executing events (both online and offline) to promote our brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from users to refine our platform and enhance user experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and networking sessions.


 

Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, Masters preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (freshers with a strong passion are welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and user needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
