Role: Refining Process Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Working in refinery and petrochemical plants as Process Engineer from Process engineering department side
• Experience in Process parameters collection & analysis and giving recommendations for process improvement, root cause for process upset happened in the process units, suggestions for improvements and setting the ROLs / SOLs / IOW etc.
• Responsible for collecting and managing process related data / information from different system of records like SAP, PCMS, Documentum, Livelink, SharePoint, etc.
• Capable of handling / managing customer side process engineer questions during meeting / discussion
• Maintain a process related issue log
• Knowledge about different Integrity data management systems like PCMS, Meridium, Capestone, Visions, UltraPIPE is preferable
• Capable of training the Offshore team members about refinery / petrochemical plant process overview
• Guiding the team to collect process data from various resource like PI Database, DCS graphics, process data sheets etc.
Required Qualifications:
• Engineering degree or a high school diploma/GED in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 10-13 years experience employed by owner-operator company as a Process engineer in a refinery's Process Engineering department
• Should be able to read and understand engineering documents like P&IDs, PFDs, GADs, As-Built & Inspection Isometric Drawings, Equipment & PSVs Data sheets, etc
• MS office tools like Excel, Word, Access database
• Excellent in coordination and maintaining relationship with Customer
• Able to handle multiple tasks/activities"
