Spectral Consultants is currently hiring for an Oracle Cloud Tech Developer – Senior role for one of the US Top 6 accounting and tax advisory firms.Experience: 6-12 Years | Location: BangaloreWork Mode: Hybrid | Availability: Immediate to 60 Days preferredRole OverviewAs an Oracle Cloud Technical Developer (Senior), you’ll design, develop, and implement scalable Oracle Cloud solutions across HCM, ERP, EPM, and SCM modules. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to build integrations, enhance system capabilities, and deliver high-performance cloud solutions that enable business transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Oracle Cloud integrations, extensions, and reports using OIC, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, and HCM ExtractsCollaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutionsSupport data migration, automation, and end-to-end system implementation activitiesTroubleshoot, optimize, and maintain Oracle Cloud applications for performance and reliabilityCreate and maintain documentation, ensuring alignment with project standardsParticipate in client discussions, testing cycles, and post-implementation supportQualifications6–12years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud (HCM / ERP / SCM) implementationsStrong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, GL, AP, AR, Procurement, or similar modulesProficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, BI tools (FDI, OAC)Solid understanding of data migration, Fast Formulas, and technical configurationStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExposure to Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, or Workday is a plusBachelor’s degree required; Oracle Cloud certification preferred
