Tender Manager - Civil / Interior Fitouts (Mumbai) Key Responsibilities : He is responsible for managing the tendering process for projects, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids. Research: Identify potential contracts and government tender opportunities Evaluate: Evaluate bids, including costs, rates, and specifications Create strategies: Work with stakeholders to create winning strategies using market intelligence and capability assessment Prepare proposals: Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals that meet client requirements and company guidelines Coordinate: Coordinate with various departments to gather information and ensure deadlines are met Review: Review and edit tender documents to ensure compliance with requirements Submit: Submit the final tender to the client or authority Responsible for finding government tenders for infrastructure projects, and leading the process from sourcing to bid submission.
