Location : Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Keeranatham, Coimbatore and Manikonda, Hyderabad

Department : IT/Infrastructure

Experience : 7 - 12 years

CTC : up to 24 LPA (Fixed)

Transportation : Yes for Hyderabad and Coimbatore. For Bengaluru, people need to commute on their own.

Night Shift Allowances : Yes

Reports To : Vice-President - Engineering

Shifts : 8 PM to 5 AM IST

Mode of Work : Hybrid (3 days a week)

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 days only

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Slack & SSO Administrator to manage and optimize our SaaS applications and authentication systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Slack, Google Workspace, SSO, Zoom, LDAP, and Box, and will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, security, and performance of these platforms within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Slack Administration :

- Manage and optimize Slack workspace configurations, channels, user roles, and permissions.

- Implement and enforce best practices for Slack usage and security.

- Integrate Slack with other SaaS applications and services used by the organization.

SSO Administration :

- Oversee the implementation and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions to streamline authentication processes.

- Configure and maintain identity providers and service providers to ensure secure and efficient SSO integration.

- Monitor SSO performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

Google Workspace Administration :

- Administer Google Workspace, including user account management, email configurations, and security settings.

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.

- Provide technical support and training for Google Workspace users.

Zoom Administration :

- Manage Zoom accounts, licenses, and settings to optimize video conferencing capabilities.

- Implement security measures to protect Zoom meetings and webinars.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Zoom-related issues.

LDAP Management :

- Configure and maintain Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directories.

- Ensure secure and efficient directory services for user authentication and authorization.

- Integrate LDAP with other systems and applications as needed.

Box Administration :

- Manage Box user accounts, permissions, and data storage policies.

- Implement and enforce data security and compliance measures.

- Provide support and training for Box users.

SaaS Application Integration :

- Integrate and manage various SaaS applications to ensure seamless workflows and data sharing.

- Implement and maintain automation scripts and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Monitor SaaS application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and enforce security best practices for all managed systems and applications.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Technical Support :

- Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Slack, SSO, Google Workspace, Zoom, LDAP, and Box.

- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and system configurations.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their proficiency with the managed systems.

Qualifications :

Education :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience :


- Minimum of 6 - 7 years of experience in IT administration, with a focus on Slack, SSO, Google Workspace, Zoom, LDAP, and Box.

Technical Skills :

- Strong experience with Slack administration and integration.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and identity management solutions.

- Proficiency in managing Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, Calendar, and other services.

- Hands-on experience with Zoom administration and security.

- In-depth knowledge of LDAP configuration and management.

- Experience with Box administration and data security.

Certifications : Relevant certifications in Slack, SSO, Google Workspace, Zoom, LDAP, or Box are desirable but not mandatory.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to system management.
