- Proven experience in scaling marketing initiatives and driving significant growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
