We are looking for a strategic finance leader to join our Business Finance team as an Associate Director in Revenue Planning & Category.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.
    • Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to tie end-to-end financial planning.
  • Business Partnering
    • Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance, support, and co-owning business targets.
    • Building depth business operations and driving growth and profitability.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pricing, and category teams, to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
    • Present financial results and business insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Category Management
    • Develop financial strategies to support inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
    • Work closely with supply chain and category teams to analyze and optimize costs across the supply chain.
    • Monitor and report on key metrics related to category profitability through pricing, margins, and supply chain efficiency.
    • Actively working with business on optimizing and solving for working capital.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team.
    Qualifications:
    • CA or MBA with relevant experience of 8 years+
    • Strong experience in the business finance domain, including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder, and team management.
    • Demonstrated experience in revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance, and category management.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
