Mandatory Skills-

Teamcenter, tool version, modules in teamcenter ,Understanding of BOM management (including Variants/ Options), CAD data management, document management and change control areas of a PLM system.

∙ Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution.

∙ Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture.

∙ Experience in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML.

∙ Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents.


Description:

Position summary:- Senior Consultant and Consultant–Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management -Teamcenter focus

Work you will do:

Deloitte’s ‘PSLM’ service line helps the clients to address their most complex business challenges.

• Work with the client management team to derive meaningful insights

• Aid deliverable development in accordance with the needs and objectives of the client engagement

• Participate in interviews, workshops and training sessions

• Support team and client through the project

• Facilitate project management activities including preparing project status updates as required.

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. The Senior Consultant should have exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings to clients and team members and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Capabilities of a Product Development practitioner will include:

• Understanding of BOM management (including Variants/ Options), CAD data management, document management and change control areas of a PLM system.

• Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution.

• Working knowledge in Teamcenter 2-tier/4-tier/Web/Active Workspace/multi-site architecture

• Experience in C/C++, Teamcenter ITK, Teamcenter Style sheets & Transfer modes, Java, PLMXML

• Experience with the configuration and/or customization of PLM systems based on solution design documents

• Proficient in defining and documenting technical requirements, along with migration of legacy data into PLM system.

• Experience with the migration of legacy data into a PLM system

• Experience in the integration of PLM with external data sources such as ERP, MES etc.

• Experience with the development of test plans and test cases, functional testing, issue resolution and user acceptance testing.


Required Experience

• 6 - 10 / 4 -6 (Senior consultant / consultant) Years of experience in Teamcenter and Experience working on implementing End to End Teamcenter projects. Expertise in multiple PLM framework is desired but not mandatory.

• Extensive experience in CAD data migration for solid works and AutoCAD

• Must have completed 2-3 end to end implementations and data migrations

• Strong functional experience in Teamcenter systems requirements • Good functional experience in Teamcenter and Business configuration

• Strong experience in Teamcenter Change management, Workflows, BOM Management

• Good understanding of Automotive/Manufacturing/Consumer Goods domain

• Experience in creation and building up of business solution assets.

• Guide individual project teams in technical decision making and review implementation approach for alignment with industry best practices

• Provide Industry standard best practices and align PLM (Teamcenter) Enterprise Architecture to PLM Roadmap defined for the clients

• Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution.


Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree/Professional Degree, with First Class/Distinction in B Tech or B E

• MCA/M Tech/MSc

• Strong academic track record

• Ability to travel 40-60%

• Ability to work independently as well as in teams.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement

Preferred Qualifications

• Active H1B visa from previous employer or Green Card holders is an added advantage
