Ltd.Location: Bangalore, India (In-office role – Hybrid is Possible in Bangalore; relocation support offered)About the RoleAlpha Variance Solutions is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Architect or Senior Consultant to join our growing Bangalore team. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable commerce solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for some of our most exciting clients across industries including retail, hospitality, and nonprofits.You’ll work alongside global teams to shape technical architecture, guide implementations, and ensure seamless integration between Commerce and other Dynamics 365 modules—including the front-end Commerce Shop (CShop) experience.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CommerceLead technical design sessions, develop proof of concepts, and deliver high-quality code using Commerce SDKCustomize POS, CPOS, and eCommerce (CShop) experiences to meet business requirementsBuild, configure, and maintain Commerce Shop front-end (CShop) including branding, navigation, and component extensionsIntegrate Commerce with D365 Finance & Operations modules (inventory, pricing, order fulfillment, etc.)Collaborate with functional and technical teams across time zones (EU, US, APAC)Maintain best practices for code quality, performance, and securityGuide junior developers and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiativesRequired Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce / RetailProven experience with Commerce SDK, Retail Server, POS customization, and channel integrationsDirect experience developing and maintaining Commerce Shop (CShop), including layout, content, and site builder configurationFamiliarity with React-based architecture of CShop and ability to implement custom modulesExperience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and source control toolsStrong understanding of F&O integration scenarios and omnichannel commerce workflowsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsMicrosoft certifications in Commerce or Solution Architecture preferredWhy Join Us?Be part of a global, fast-growing Microsoft PartnerCompetitive salary and structured career growth pathWork on international projects across Europe, the US, and APACFlexible hybrid work model (9 WFH days per quarter)Supportive culture that values communication, consistency, and transparencySeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelIndustry: Retail, Real Estate, Non-profit OrganizationsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Functions: Consulting, Information TechnologyKey Skills:icrosoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Commerce SDK, Point of Sale (POS), CShop (Commerce Shop), Azure DevOps, LCS, React, D365 F&O Integrations
