About the Role We are seeking experiencedStructural Analysis Engineerswith strong expertise inFinite Element Analysis (FEA)and advanced structural analysis to ensure the integrity and reliability of steel and concrete structures in industrial and EPC projects. This role involves detailed analysis across multiple structural components and supports the full lifecycle of engineering—from concept through execution.Key Responsibilities Performstructural analysisfor steel and concrete structures under various load conditions. Conductlinear, nonlinear, and dynamic analysisincluding seismic, fatigue, and vibration studies. ExecuteFEA simulationsusing tools such asSTAAD.Pro, ANSYS, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysisto predict structural behavior. Validate structural integrity against international codes ( ACI, AISC, Eurocode, IS codes ). Prepare comprehensiveanalysis reports , load cases, and recommendations for design teams. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure analysis aligns with project milestones and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement inFEA methods , structural analysis processes, and tools. Act as a subject matter expert instructural analysis and FEA , sharing knowledge across engineering functions.Technical Skills Required Strong experience inStructural Analysis ,FEA , andDynamic Analysis(seismic, fatigue). Proficiency inSTAAD.Pro, ANSYS, ETABS, SAP2000, Robot Structural Analysis . Familiarity withTekla StructuresandRevit Structuresfor coordination. Deep understanding ofACI, AISC, Eurocode, IS codesfor compliance. Ability to interpret and communicate complex analysis results to stakeholders.Qualifications Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BE/BTech/MTech). 3 to 13 years of hands-on experience instructural analysis and FEAfor industrial or EPC projects.
