Role: Legal


- Responsible for providing legal advice and support to business operations in India.


- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.


- Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations.


- Advise on legal and compliance matters related to various business activities.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and minimize risks.


- Represent PineLbas in legal proceedings, if required.


- Provide legal guidance on intellectual property rights and data protection.


- Assist in managing legal issues and disputes with external parties.


- Support the legal team in developing and implementing legal strategies.


Required experience: 0-15 years in corporate law, with expertise in Indian legal system.


Role: Corporate


- Support the corporate team in managing and executing strategic initiatives for xxxxx's operations in India.


- Assist in developing and implementing corporate policies and procedures.


- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.


- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.


- Act as a liaison between org and external stakeholders, such as government agencies and industry associations.


- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials for senior management.


- Contribute to business development efforts, including market research and competitor analysis.


- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.


Required experience: 3-5 years in fintech Legal, preferably in the Indian market.


Role: Enabling Function


- Support the Enabling Function team in managing and coordinating various administrative and operational tasks.


- Assist in developing and implementing processes and systems to improve efficiency.


- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.


- Assist in budgeting and financial analysis for Enabling Function activities.


- Maintain accurate records and documentation for Enabling Function projects and initiatives.


- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.


- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials.


- Provide support in organizing and coordinating events and meetings.


Required experience: 0-15 years in a similar role, with strong organizational and multitasking skills.


Location: India


- All the job roles mentioned above are based in India.


- The candidate must be legally allowed to work in India.


- Travel within India and occasionally to other locations may be required for certain roles.


- Flexible work arrangements, including remote work, may be available depending on the specific role and circumstances.
