Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong UI/UX and motion graphics skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs, illustrations, and animations that effectively communicate our brand's message across digital and print platforms. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts, produce engaging visual assets, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Our Campaign product is revolutionising how e-commerce merchants approach marketing automation by leveraging cutting-edge AI to create, optimize, and execute personalised campaigns at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually engaging digital and print assets in line with brand guidelines.
  • Create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing UI/UX designs for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
  • Develop graphics, illustrations, and animations for marketing campaigns and product interfaces.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form videos for digital and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to deliver creative solutions.
  • Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Conduct final visual quality checks before deployment to ensure a high standard of output.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, and motion graphics.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
  • Experience designing engaging visual content for web, mobile, social media, and print.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a creative agency or in-house design team.
  • Knowledge of animation principles and video production (shooting, editing, post-production).
  • Familiarity with additional tools like Premiere Pro, Blender, or similar.
