We are looking for a talented and experienced Generative AI Developer to help us drive these initiatives forward.

About the Role :

- As a Generative AI Developer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and frameworks.

- You will work alongside other developers, data scientists, and product teams to research, create, and implement innovative AI solutions that meet our clients business needs.

- This role requires a solid foundation in AI methodologies, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, as well as hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and cloud-based platforms.

- You will be expected to optimize models for better performance, continuously experiment with new techniques, and actively contribute to both the AI development and overall product development lifecycle.

- Your contributions will directly impact the strategic direction of AI product development, helping to build scalable and robust systems that will be deployed in cloud environments.

- In addition to technical responsibilities, you will be involved in mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team :

AI Model Development & Implementation :

- Design, develop, and implement generative AI models using the latest deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. Work with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other frameworks to create robust, scalable Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define project goals, identify research requirements, and design technical solutions.

- Facilitate productive discussions and ensure alignment on AI model development Optimization :

- Continuously improve the performance of models by conducting experiments, performing hyperparameter tuning, and applying advanced optimization methods.

- Measure and track model performance in real-time environments.

Research & Innovation :

- Stay current with the latest research in generative AI, deep learning, and machine learning to implement the most effective and cutting-edge techniques.

- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and encourage a culture of continuous learning.

Cloud Integration :

- Deploy, monitor, and manage machine learning models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI-driven systems in & Reporting :

- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for AI models, including architecture, training processes, deployment pipelines, and performance metrics.

- Communicate complex AI concepts and technical results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in an accessible way.

Team Support & Mentorship :

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior AI developers, supporting them in their professional growth. Actively contribute to a collaborative and positive team culture, ensuring a high level of communication and :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related technical field. A Masters degree or higher is a plus.

Experience :

- At least 2 years of professional experience in developing generative AI models and working with large-scale AI systems.

- At least 8 years of experience with Python programming, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.

- Proven experience with popular machine learning frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

- Hands-on experience integrating and working with large language models (LLMs), such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, or Mistral API endpoints.

Cloud Platforms :

- Strong experience working with cloud computing environments such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with cloud-based machine learning deployment, scaling, and optimization techniques.

AI & Machine Learning Expertise:

- A deep understanding of AI/ML techniques, especially in the context of generative models, NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Experience with model optimization techniques, including hyperparameter tuning, cross-validation, and model evaluation.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Additional Skills (Optional) :

- Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) and the deployment of models into production.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI model development and deployment.
