With a focus on innovation, global best practices, and local content, OSPL works closely with customers and partners to deliver transformational projects in India, US and Europe.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and highly organized MBA graduate or a commerce graduate with honours from a reputed university to join our team as an Accounting Executive. The resource will be working for our global customer as well. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in book-keeping and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.Key Responsibilities:· Manage day-to-day book-keeping activities· Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions on Excel.· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.· Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.· Ensure compliance with basic financial policies and procedures.· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.Qualifications & Skills:· Essential: Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or Commerce Graduate from a reputed university · Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in book-keeping and office management.· Technical Proficiency: Highly conversant with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting are a must.· Communication: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customer. · Location: Noida..
