About the Role :We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building end-to-end scalable web applications.You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend services as well as dynamic and responsive frontend interfaces.This role requires deep expertise in both client-side and server-side technologies and a strong problem-solving mindset.As a senior team member, you will play a key role in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with clean, efficient, and well-documented code.- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using modern backend frameworks.- Build responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.- Ensure code quality through automated tests, peer reviews, and best development practices.- Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed.- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and contribute to technical discussions.- Mentor junior developers and help build a culture of engineering excellence.- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.Technical Skills Required :- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript- Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles- Familiarity with frontend state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex)- Strong experience with Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, Python (Django/Flask) based on stack- Proficient in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture- Experience with authentication/authorization, security best practices, and performance tuning- Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus- Proficient in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB)- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes is a plus- Version control using Git- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (ref:hirist.tech)
