Summary Description:

The Associate Product Developer develops NeospinTM products features from the Product Owner with highest quality and development standards. NeospinTM Benefit Administration products are implemented by Sagitec implementation teams across many clients in US, Canada and in future globally.

What you will be doing:

  • Complete daily development tasks given by the Development Lead to develop product features with quality.
  • Use low code/no code platform to complete development tasks.
  • Develop conforming to defect density and defect leakage quality standards.
  • Learn the development practices and technologies of Sagitec.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Agile teams, and development lead.

What we are looking for:

  • Candidates with 0+ years of IT experience.
  • Candidates who are open to working or transitioning to low-code, no-code platforms, regardless of their prior development experience in languages like C#, Java, or Python.
  • Novice proficiency in programming with MS SQL Server Database and SQL language
  • Intermediate proficiency with analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Must have team first, quality first and business /end user focus attitude.
  • Must be able to work independently and help team members technically/functionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.

Bonus point for:

  • Experience with geographically dispersed agile team (e.g., US based Product Owners and India based development teams).
  • Knowledge in low-code no-code platforms and development.
  • Novice proficiency with technical knowledge for benefit, finance, insurance, or similar domain.
