Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Creative Director to oversee and drive our in-house marketing design initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for modern design, user experience, and customer relevancy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing creative strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy for marketing and brand initiatives that aligns with Damco Solutions' vision, goals, and brand identity.
  • Creative Direction: Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design output across all channels.
  • User Experience: Champion user-centric design principles to create engaging and intuitive experiences for our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design elements are consistent with Damco Solutions’ brand guidelines and voice.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative design, with at least 3-years in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Expertise in user experience (UX) design and principles.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
  • Strong understanding of modern design trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and strategic thinking.
