Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Sr. Manager (SAP eWM), Platform Deployment Specialist

Skills​

Project Management, warehouse operations understanding, solution deployment (WMS preferred), collaboration, Fluent English speaker, additional languages are a plus, building collaborative relationships , change management, influencing skills, managing without control. Deal with uncertainty and challenges constructively. ​

Communication skills: Manages relationships with stakeholders (with conflicting interests) on strategic and tactical level. Communicates through understanding, influencing and/or serving others. ​


Main Responsibilities​

Project Management - be the counter-part of the OpCo Project Manager to ensure the OpCo passes through all the Tollgates successfully ​

Logistics SME – identifying and understanding OpCo business requirements and ensure a fit of the OpCo to the Global Template

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the OpCo PM and lead them through all the Tollgates (SteerCo approvals) and ensure that all deliverables are achieved on time in full and of the right quality​

Specifically on TG0 and TG1: responsible to organise the relevant meetings / workshops / Tollgates to ensure successful sign-offs​

Explain to the OpCo our deployment approach, deliverables and expectations​

Ensure the right project management tools and ways of working are in place​

Prepare together with OpCo PM the weekly status report​

Liaise with the Global D&T PM/Lead on deliverables, planning and TG sign-offs​

Alignment in TG0 and TG1 with D&T PM/Lead on budget ​

Proactively support the usage and improvement of the Deployment Toolkit

Understand and evaluate the current warehouse operation of the OpCo ​

Explain our Global Processes and Template to the OpCo and identify Fit-Gap​

Manage/guard the Global Template and in case of an identified local requirement capture detailed business requirements and liase with the Global functional SMEs. ​

Guide the change needed to adapt the local business processes in case there is a deviation from the Global template​

Liaise with the OpCo and Global functional SMEs about potential Global Template Enhancements and local deviations and the creation of BRD’s​

Ensure that the master data requirements are clear to the OpCo and that they are collected, cleansed and aligned with the relevant MD standards ​

Liaise with other Global functions on the Global Process and Data Standards


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation/ Masters

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Preferred experience/ exposure in any of the following tools

1. SAP eWM (best preferred)

2. SAP WMS

3. Oracle WMS

4. Blue Yonder

5. Dynamics WMS

6. Infor WMS

7. Manhattan Associates

• Should have closely worked with warehouses handling high volume, preferably FMCG

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Challenging approach

• Influencing skills

• Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach Senior Stakeholders using appropriate level of detail and terminology.

• Planning and organizing skills, ability to see the big picture.

• Stress resistant

• Proactive with a can-do-attitude

• A strong team player, proven team leadership potential

• Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly.

• Fluent English language required
