Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and tender documents.Track contractor billing, variation claims, and final account settlements.Establish and monitor financial controls across multiple contractor packages.Support procurement decisions with cost-benefit analyses.Provide accurate reporting and documentation for project cost management.Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet project or organizational needs. Specific Requirements (Role-Based)Strong knowledge of estimation software, construction market ratesProven skills in analytical assessment, documentation skillsProficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software tools.Strong presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
