Key Experience & Capabilities :

- 8 to 10 years on experience

- Good understanding and hands on with MarkLogic development

- Should have information and understanding of new ML releases and new features launched

- Should interact with key stakeholders to understand the requirement and its technical complexity

- Should propose an efficient architecture/solution as per the business requirements

- Should be able to give realistic effort estimates and deliver within the agreed time lines

- Should be able to highlight the risks and propose mitigation plan technically

- Should have good understanding of the admin tasks along with the managing the development

- Should be able to detect the defects in existing code and fix it

- Should be able to delegate and guide other developers in their tasks such that the whole team works towards completion of the requirement

- Should be able to take ownership and support the team technically during crunch situations

- Should have hands on in datahub framework, Corb and mlcp

Educational Requirement :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

- Any MarkLogic certifications will be plus
