The Entreprenour In Residence will act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Co - founder, functioning as both a strategic advisor and an operational leader. This role requires exceptional judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to execute high-priority initiatives across functions. Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and scenario planning to inform critical business decisions. Develop frameworks, dashboards, and reports to track business performance, market trends, and competitor activity.Operational Excellence & Project Management - Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. Identify operational inefficiencies across departments and implement process improvements to increase productivity.Problem SolvingSpot inefficiencies and turn chaos into systems.
