Job Summary:

As a Senior Consultant – Recruiting at The Thrive Consult, you will play a critical role in leading executive search and talent acquisition projects. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying top talent for mid-to-senior level roles across industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.
  • Talent Acquisition: Conduct market research, source, screen, and assess candidates for leadership and specialized positions.
  • Search Execution: Manage the entire search process, including job posting, headhunting, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a strategic advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor movements.
  • Team Collaboration: Mentor junior recruiters, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge-building initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, preferably with a search firm or HR consulting company.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of industries like IT, BFSI, FMCG, Healthcare, will be an advantage.
  • Networking Skills: Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior executives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in offer management and salary negotiations.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
