Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of DevOps at HireX in Madurai. The Head of DevOps will be responsible for leading software development, managing infrastructure, implementing continuous integration, providing team leadership, and ensuring Linux system operations.
Qualifications :
- Software Development and Infrastructure skills.
- Continuous Integration and Team Leadership skills.
- Linux system operations knowledge.
- Experience in managing DevOps processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications in DevOps practices or relevant :
- Lead and manage the DevOps team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and strategies.
- Oversee software development processes, from design and coding to testing and deployment.
- Manage and optimize infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Linux systems and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement best practices for DevOps.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps technologies and trends.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the DevOps team.
