Role: Senior Oracle PL\SQL Engineer (Migration Specialist)

Location: Gurgaon or Bangalore Preferred (anywhere in India)

Job type: Contract (Permanent with Purview services)

NOTE: Client is looking for Immediate joiners or 1 Month


Job description:

  • Candidate should have at least 8-9 years in RDBMS (any RDBMS will do but preferably Oracle/Postgres) – Dev experience is absolutely must. Perf Tuning is added advantage.
  • Candidate must have worked in Banking Domain projects involving ETL/ELT.
  • Should be very good at atleast one Programming language (C/Java/Python/Go/Javascript – preferably Python) or ETL tool to that he/she understands end-to-end of data flow and system interconnect.
  • Should be able to do CRUD operations on different DBs from the programming language.
  • Should be able to fetch a record – modify and load it in a different system/DB.
  • Should be familiar with Unix Shell scripting (atleast know what Unix scripting is and deal with job/process handling)
  • Must be familiar with GCP – it’s components and how we can move on-premises services and data to the cloud.
  • Git/JIRA knowledge is added advantage.
