Job Overview -

We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on building robust and scalable applications using the MERN stack. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet our clients; needs and exceed their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

● Full-stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

● Frontend Development: Implement user interfaces and application designs using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, following best practices and design guidelines.

● Backend Development: Build server-side logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js, handle data storage and retrieval using MongoDB or other databases, and ensure seamless communication between the frontend and backend components.

● Database Management: Design and optimize MongoDB databases, write complex queries and aggregation pipelines, and ensure data integrity, security, and high availability.

● Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability, debug and troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve code maintainability.

● Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend components, optimize code, improve page load times, and enhance overall system efficiency.

● Security: Implement security best practices to protect web applications against common vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and injection attacks, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

● Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Set up automated build, test, and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD to streamline the development process and ensure rapid delivery of features and updates.

● Documentation: Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation including API documentation, code comments, and development guides to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer among team members.


Desired Candidate Profile -

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

● 4-5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development with expertise in the MERN stack.

● Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AWS Cloud (Devops), and Jquery.

● Strong understanding of web development concepts such as RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and responsive design.

● Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like GitHub or GitLab.

● Must have experience in building Ecommerce B2B and B2C sites from scratch.

● Solid understanding of software development methodologies, agile principles, and best practices.
