We are looking for a Senior Engineer – DevOps to help us build, scale, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices. This role will focus on cloud platform engineering,CI/CD pipeline automation, infrastructure as code, and operational excellence. If you‘repassionate about automation, cloud-native infrastructure, and continuous improvement, this isyour opportunity to make an impact on high-scale production environments.As a Senior Engineer, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and DevOps teams todesign, implement, and optimize scalable, reliable systems, while also enabling developerteams with self-service tools to deploy faster and more securely.Key ResponsibilitiesCloud Platform EngineeringImplement and manage scalable, secure cloud platforms on Azure and AWS, utilizingservices like AKS, EKS, S3, Lambda, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, etc.Deploy containerized applications and orchestrate them using Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)and Helm.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, or similarlanguages.CI/CD AutomationBuild and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or AWSCodePipeline.Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes to improve deployment speedand reduce manual intervention.Implement branching strategies, quality gates, and security scans within CI/CDprocesses.Observability & MonitoringImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems using tools likeCloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.Enable automated responses to incidents and reduce downtime by optimizing systemhealth checks and alerts.Security & AutomationImplement secure configurations, patching, and access controls across cloudenvironments.Automate security checks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensurevulnerabilities are caught early in the development process.Continuous ImprovementAdvocate for DevOps best practices, automation-first mindset, and continuous learningacross the engineering teams.Contribute to infrastructure and code optimizations, reducing cloud costs and improvingperformance.Required CompetenciesCloud ExpertiseStrong experience with Azure and AWS cloud services, including EKS, AKS, S3,Lambda, and Azure Key Vault.Hands-on experience with container orchestration and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS).DevOps ToolingExperience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, orBicep.Automation & ScriptingProficient in shell scripting, Python, or Go for automation tasks.Experience with cloud-native monitoring and alerting platforms like CloudWatch, AzureMonitor, and Prometheus.Collaboration & CommunicationStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalteams.Soft SkillsAdaptability, ownership, and accountability.Strong attention to detail, with a focus on reliability and performance.What You Bring5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.Strong experience in building cloud-native applications, automation pipelines, andinfrastructure solutions on Azure and AWS.Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with multiple teams to deliverproduction-ready systems.
