The company has successfully raised approximately Rs.150 crore from notable investors, including Eight Roads, Rainmatter (Zerodha), 3one4 Capital, and Arkam us in our Bengaluru officeAbout the Role:We are looking for an analyst to set up data analytics practices at Wint Wealth to increase visibility of and reliance on data to make better business decisions & for daily Ability to do exploratory analysis: Fetch data from systems and analyse trends.- Understand different functions , create a real time dashboard to get business insights & improve decision making.- Leverage data to arrive at solutions to solve business problems.- Provide Analytical solution from Business Problems- Create ETL processes- Establishing mechanisms for cross functional teams to consume customer insights to improve engagement along the customer life cycle.- Organise unstructured data from different sources & build useful reports (understanding of data warehouse & data pipeline)Who You Are:- 2+ years of experience in data analysis. B2C Startup Experience.- Data Analytics Visionary.- Strong in SQL & Excel and good to have experience in Python and AI/ML.- Working experience with BI tools Tableau / PowerB / MixPanel etc- Experience in the field of Data Analysis, Data Visualisation.- Basic understanding of data platforms and ETL processes- Strong in communication, presentation and business intelligence.
