We’re Hiring: Senior Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian Are you an experienced DAM professional with expertise in Veeva PromoMats or Aprimo? Do you thrive on organizing, optimizing, and maintaining digital content libraries that empower marketing and brand teams? If you’re passionate about metadata, taxonomy, and ensuring smooth digital workflows, this is the perfect role for you Position:Sr. DAM Librarian Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with stakeholders:Work closely with brand teams, agencies, and internal partners to ensure completeness of metadata requirements and source files. Maintain DAM hygiene:Conduct regular cleanup activities to keep the repository organized and up to date. Enable Brand Portals:Create portals as per requirements and guide administrators in effective portal management. ✅Quality control:Perform quality checks on all proposed content for the Content Hub before upload. Manage uploads:Upload content to the platform, including design and source files. Oversee libraries:Manage Component Library, Claims Library, Digital Rights Management, and taxonomy standards. Reporting & dashboards:Prepare content performance dashboards and reports; maintain Veeva Vault or Content Hub portals. Analytics:Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance and usage metrics. Qualifications: ✔️ 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DAM Librarian inVeeva PromoMatsorAprimo . ✔️ Strong understanding ofmetadata, taxonomy , andend-to-end DAM lifecycle . ✔️ Good knowledge ofdigital workflows, asset management practices , andcompliance in the life sciencesindustry. ✔️ Proficient inMS Office(Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). ✔️ Exceptionalorganizational, communication, and client interactionskills. ✔️ Ability to work effectively withcross-functional teams , both onshore and offshore. ✔️ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. ✔️ Demonstrated ability tothink strategicallyand deliver results on time.
