Manual and Automation Tester

Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing and automation testing strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test scenarios and prioritize testing efforts.
  • Design and implement unit test cases for individual software modules and components.
  • Collaborate with developers to review code and identify potential areas for testing.
  • Execute unit test cases using testing frameworks and tools such as JUnit, NUnit, or Mocha.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing features and functionalities.
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manual and automation testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
