Job Overview:

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or STATEMENT:

- Team leader - Inside sales is responsible for hiring, leading, developing and supervising inside sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer Supervise and lead a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.

- Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional development and growth.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service team, channel / distribution team to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high performance.

- Provide training and development support to Inside sales representatives about TE products, application and selling skills.

- Identify training needs and develop training programs to address skill gaps and improve performance.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, forecasts, and trends for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree / B.E / B-Tech / MBA preferred.

Critical Experience:


- Minimum 5 yrs. experience in inside sales or sales management.

- Minimum 3 yrs. experience as a team leader
