The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, invoicing, SAP, Excel, and finalization of accounts. This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate entries in SAP. - Handle GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance with applicable tax laws. - Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.). - Oversee invoice generation (sales/purchase) and ensure proper documentation and tax treatment. - Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations. - Lead the finalization of accounts, including preparation of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement. - Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities. - Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors. - Prepare and manage MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries. - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. - Software SAP B1Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. - Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Preferred Skills:- Experience in managing multi-location accounting. - Exposure to ERP integrations and automation tools.Knowledge of income tax, ROC filings, and payroll accounting.
