Join us and be part of a team pushing the boundaries of AI-powered vision technology Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Computer Vision Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and computer vision solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in computer vision and deep learning, along with a strong track record of leading technical teams and delivering innovative AI-driven products across edge and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Lead and mentor a team of computer vision engineers and data scientists. Collaborate with ML engineers, product managers, hardware teams, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and integrate computer vision technologies into products. Define technical roadmaps, project scopes, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Technical Execution Design, train, and optimize deep learning models for detection, classification, segmentation, and recognition tasks. Build efficient data pipelines for collection, preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation. Architect full-stack AI pipelines with both hardware and software considerations for real-time deployment. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of CV features—from rapid prototyping to robust production deployment. Deploy models on edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi, iOS, industrial CPUs, custom sensors) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP). Optimize inference using ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA, and other performance tools. Integrate models into production applications using Flask, FastAPI, dashboard interfaces, or industrial Machine Vision Software. Innovation & Delivery Explore and implement state-of-the-art ML/DL architectures such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, Mask R-CNN, ResNet, Vision Transformers, etc. Lead R&D initiatives across domains such as industrial automation, automotive safety, smart cities, and healthcare. Deliver high-quality documentation, research papers, proposals, and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Proficient in Python and C++ with strong understanding of Flask, SQL, and web integration. Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, ONNX, scikit-learn. Expertise in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing models using techniques like hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and pruning. Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and pipeline automation. Proven track record of deploying CV models to production (cloud and edge). Experience with IoT integrations and edge AI deployments. Leadership & Project Management 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/Computer Vision, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to proposal development. Experience in mentoring junior engineers and driving successful project execution. Domain Knowledge Familiarity with domains including industrial automation, smart cities, automotive safety, healthcare imaging, and quality inspection. Experience with real-time CV applications: defect detection, traffic analysis, surveillance, human activity recognition, etc. Understanding of Edge AI, IoT ecosystems, and cloud-native deployment models. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Certifications in AI/ML/Data Science or related areas. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for model deployment. Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-team engagement.
