We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience to manage our complete accounting operations, payroll processing, compliance with IT regulations, and audit functions. This role demands someone who is not just technically sound but also proactive in implementing process improvements and ensuring financial Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

- Manage end-to-end accounting processes including reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards.

- Oversee cash flow management, expense tracking, and financial reporting to support business decision-making.

Payroll Administration:

- Handle complete payroll processing ensuring accuracy in statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.), and timely disbursement.

- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with HR to address payroll-related queries and maintain confidentiality of employee data.

IT Regulations & Tax Compliance:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

- Monitor changes in IT regulations and ensure organizational compliance.

- Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax assessments, notices, and related matters.

Audit & Compliance:

- Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring all documentation and reports are accurate and audit-ready.

- Implement internal controls and risk management measures to protect company assets.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience.

- Proven experience in accounting, payroll, IT regulations, and audits.

- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks, along with advanced MS Excel skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
